Excellent and fast service.  My turntable has never sounded better. It is by no means a great piece of audiophile hardware, but they treated my Technicians SL-1700 just wonderfully.  The ONLY downside is that now I'm probably going to go on a record buying spree.

Victor has always been first class. I have been taking equipment to him since 2004, and he is a real pro. In fact, I'm taking my dvd recorder to him for repair on 8.28.15.

I've been going here for years, both personally and professionally, for all my electronic repair needs. This is the "mom & pop shop" owned by two brothers who are great. They fix things AND make me laugh. Old skool/good skool - can't beat that!

Not many times to I get a chance to deal with someone on the phone that expects me to be a customer, but is completely an a-hole to me. Business is so hard to get now days, you think maybe they would try a little harder to be nice, but I could be wrong the store is owned by millionaires perhaps and they do not want business.

Ive taken every piece of electronic equipment here, including Pro Audio devices (TC ELECTRONIC), Earphones, and consumer audio. Everything was fixed amazingly. The TC Electronic Gold Channel Repair saved me at least $500 (thats what I would have had to pay sending it back to TC Electronic) Rubicon charged me a minute faction of that price.

Dont know what that guy is talking about below, I never call Rubicon because they are way to busy to answer the phone, I just go there.
