The sandwiches are what I go for, and they're generally well made from location to location. That said, the service I received at this location was excellent. I was politely given options, treated well, and the cashier even extended my coupon to my friend's service, which was absolutely above and beyond. I would visit this location in the future, when in the area. Seriously, the sandwiches are all good. Try them.

Multiple trips and multiple errors. Bought a quantity of an item which they had in stock when I paid, but when they gave me the order, they told me that they had fewer of the items available than they thought (they had clearly sold the item to drive through patrons while I was waiting and reduced the number that I would actually get in my order without informing me). Their food is actually great, but their organization and completion of orders is lacking. Same story with a dine in breakfast with orange juice order - sold out but didn't tell me when purchasing and nothing done to rectify until I went up with my receipt and asked where my orange juice order was.

Tried Kneaders Chicken pesto panini sandwich today & loved it! It was a large portion & delicious. The staff was so sweet. Offered me pumpkin muffin top & asiago bread and both were so yummy! I’ll have to come back to try their breakfast too!

Good food bad service. This is not the first time this has happened to me either....Dining area and drive thru were pretty much empty and it took 20 min to grab my (already prepared) caramel apple and eclair from the shelf! The wait time here is absolutely ridiculous! Speedy service is definitely not this Kneaders forte.

I love kneaders but this location is one I avoid if I can. Don't get me wrong their food is good, but the service is very disappointing. Make sure you check your food because I have been given the wrong food 3 different times. One time i ordered a sandwhich and was charged for a full sanwich but only received half of it... They have great soup but if you want any from this location you have to go before 830pm because that is when they throw it out which I found odd when they close at 10pm.
