Brand new Panera. I miss the cozy coffee feel of the older Panera restaurants, but the atmosphere in this new restaurant is still pleasant. They have done a good job of keeping their menu full of clean, high quality foods. I'm never disappointed. Their pastries are OK, but the real stars are the main dishes. The Fuji apple chicken salad is my favorite.

As someone who works in the food and customer service industry, I am super disappointed with my experience tonight. I completely understand the anxiety that comes with working in a drive-thru, but what I came home with could have been made by my elementary school aged child at home. I ordered a Mediterranean veggie with no feta, as I am lactose intolerant.. and this is what I received. Not only did my sandwich have feta on it, but its other ingredients included four sliced tomatoes, two lettuce leaves, a small amount of cucumber, and six red peppers(??) On the right half of the sandwich. My favorite part of this sandwich is normally the jalapeno cilantro hummus, which was not even included as the normal sandwich with cheese would include.. after a long day of work this is definitely not what I would have spent near $7 on.. I understand if you don't have the ingredients to make what I ask for, but if that was the case I would have loved to know.

Had a very great experience at this Panera Bread location. This was mostly due to the excellent customer service that was provided to me. The employee Johnny was very nice and funny, he helped me out by explaining the menu. The food was also great.

Fast and friendly service. Great food for a good price. Great place to meet someone for lunch. New setup is awesome compared to what it used to be. Lots of options to order from an app instore, self serve checkout, or traditional counter order.

Overall this Panera bread was great. Food was delicious and was promptly delivered. Only reason it didn't get five star was because the staff is slow to refresh their drinks and clean tables. The place was packed and was hard to find a table.
