Sue Jacobs Cakes specializes in designing wedding cakes, with your dream in mind. We also offer other party cakes, as well. Whether you are celebrating a special birthday, an anniversary, or office party, let Sue Jacobs Cakes make your day special!

We use only the finest ingredients and our tried and true recipe for our delicious {not-too-sweet} icing which has been the foundation of what people remember most about our mouthwatering and delightful cake. Sue Jacobs Cakes will accommodate what your heart desires and more!

Our hand crafted, vintage style wedding mints are a great addition to any celebration, as well as our amazing cake pops.

We are a licensed and insured bakery, as well as an LLC, with regular inspections to guarantee pure cleanliness conditions and the highest of standard while designing your amazing creations! With regular venue open houses each month, for your tasting enjoyment. We also offer personal consultations to discuss your unique wedding cake desires. Our time together is by appointment only. We set aside Sunday mornings, and special days by request.

Hi, I’m Sue. Formerly Susie, then Susan, then finally arrived at Sue. I love wedding cakes because they celebrate something that will live on between you and your spouse for many years, marriage! I have a long history with wedding cakes. I’ve been designing wedding cakes for so many years now, beginning in the 80’s. Greg and I moved to Arizona in 2010, and are so fortunate to be surrounded by our family.

Sue made my wedding and baby shower cake. Not only were they beautiful but it was the best cake I've ever tasted. The process was stress free. I just sent her a picture and it turned out better than I ever expected! She even hand delivered both of them. I highly recommend her to anyone needing the perfect cake for their special occasion.

Sue did a fantastic job of making a beautiful wedding cake and groom's cake for my son's wedding. Sue was very prompt at answering questions and scheduling a time to consult about the flavors and the overall look of the cake. Sue provides exceptional detail and creativity to every work order she takes on. Hands down I would ask Sue to do any cake for any event I was hosting.

I normally don’t leave reviews but decided this was a must. So I sat down and I went over what I wanted for my baby shower cake I brought a picture of exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my cake so there was not room for error. I made it very clear I wanted PINK and GOLD exactly how the picture was just instead of 3 tier I only wanted 2. I spoke to sue a week before my shower and confirmed and paid for my cake. And the day before my shower sent me a text and told me what time my cake would be available. She did not mention any Problems or issue and that time. I show up 2 hours before my shower to pick up my cake and it is NOT what I requested she decided that gold dots were not necessary and she came to the conclusion that she wanted to put large and small dots on the cake even tho I did not ask for it in my opinion that cake look like a amateur made it I was in tears and told her “this is not what I sat down and went over with you” and all she could say is she thought it looked better her way and kept telling me she thought it was beautiful. I explained that I understood she thought that but it was not what I ordered. She refused to refund me even if I did not take the cake my mother tried to speak with her on the phone and she hung up on her..... she then kept pushing me to just take the cake and said her and I would speak on Monday I told her I was being forced to take a cake I did not choose .... I was so upset I did not leave the cake out to see at my shower till we were ready to eat it the comments I received about the cake from when people did see it did see it were unpleasant..... I then contacted her Monday like she said and I agreed to pay for the price of the cake and tax but did not agree to have to pay for the decorations of the cake due to her not making the cake as I asked but how she wanted.... she then gave me a Ultimatum that she would agree to reimburse me for the cost of the cake decorations only under the condition of me not posting anything negative on social media at that point I thought that was unfair that she had no right to tell me what I can and cannot post nor does she need to give me a ultimatum..... Also I have the pictures of what I asked for and what I received as well as the recorded conversations from when I picked up may cake as well as the phone call if any one would like to see/hear it

I have had the pleasure of tasting several of Sue's desserts and have seen dozens of her creations. The love, care, precision and presentation she provides makes these delectables as much a piece of art as they are delicious. I wish I had more events in which i could showcase her talents to my friends. She should definitely be on the short list of your confection providers. Plus, her positive energy can't help but sweeten the deal. You rock Sue!!!

Sue Jacobs is one of the most talented bakers I have ever met. I'm not a cake fan typically, but I will never turn down anything she makes. She has the charm and loving personality that makes you friends from the get-go, and she has the talent and creativity to bring your delicious dreams to reality (and then some). I have sampled cakes at events, seen the products as they go out the door, visited the bakery in person, and use her cakes in my photo shoots, and there is no other name I mention more than Sue Jacobs when anyone asks me for a bakery referral.
