Love the food, love Deb who works in the morning. But has anyone else experienced getting cheated out of loyalty points? It has happened to me the last five times I have been there. The man who works there either gives the points to someone else's name if I give them my phone number, or if I give them my loyalty card, the points don't get registered. I have spent $125 the last five times I have been there, and have less loyalty points than before the last five times. When they check my card, they come up with my name. It is not about the money; it is about their promise for loyalty points. If you have that as part of your promise, then be fair about it or get rid of the loyalty program. As much as I like the restaurant, I am not going back. I don't like when people don't keep their word.

This is the perfect spot for a quick Saturday morning breakfast. I had a bacon, egg and cheese croissant with a cup of fruit, and enjoyed every bite. My non-breakfast-eating hubby picked a cinnamon roll, and although he said it tasted great, he felt like it was a little hard. We ended up taking home a loaf of chocolate bread (which was amazing!) and a bag of bread ends for our chickens. Needless to say, the chickens get didn't much bread once my family tasted it! Bread ends make the best grilled cheese ever 😉

I normally would send people to Kneaders in a heartbeat but today was so awful that I'll never go back. My fiance and I went out for lunch. I ordered a ham and swiss and they ordered a salad. We each found tons of little black hairs in our food. Mostly on my cheese and in her lettuce. I thought we were good with the cookies and the drinks but a couple of bits into my cookie I found more little black hairs. Maybe an animal but similar to a pubic hair. I think found one in my drink. I let the cashier know and he didn't refund the money. He said he would catch me next time but I'm never ever going back. I ended up vomiting because the thought of ingesting the hair made me so damn grossed out.

Always good food and very friendly staff. They treat you like family. Very clean and would recommend to everyone we know.

I love this place so much! It's nice because if I've got $10 for lunch I can get a great sandwich and a drink, and if I only want to spend $5 I can get a bowl of soup and a roll that's equally wonderful. Highly recommended. The place is decorated well and always smells amazing.
