Great food and great service. Their handmade bread is some of the best I have ever had. Their sandwiches can be made how you like them and with whatever bread you can imagine. The rest of their food is at the same caliber and will be sure to satisfy and craving you have. Their bakery is amazing and they have all the desserts you can think of. Lactose free options are also available.

Good food, nice but very slow service,. First time visiting and no customers were at the counter so I did not know where to stand to order and no one greeted me. I had to get someone's​ attention to ask where I order from. After I ordered six pastries from the window, I paid $18 then I awkwardly stood to the side and waited 14 minutes for my pastries to be boxed. One other customer came in to order during that time. Everyone was working hard, but no one was attending to the customers. Seriously, a quarter of an hour to box already prepared pastries? The pastries were good and I will probably go back, but only when I have a lot of time to waste, which isn't often.

Had an interview here that no one showed up for. The employees didn't seem very surprised or happy. Definitely not a professional operation. Hopefully the food is better than the management...

Do not count on them for catering. If the one person in charge of catering goes home early they have no responsibility to accommodate commitments. Otherwise the food is good.

Love this place. Specialty breads, gourmet sandwiches, and amazing soups and salads. And their desserts are out of this world. You also should their breakfast... yummy!
