Great prices, friendly sales staff that are very helpful. The sales will do their very best to make you happy. The warehouse crew are awesome and very quick to load out my purchase to me. The best part is the delivery guys. they will bend over backward to make sure you are satisfied with your furniture. The reason i'm leaving a 4 star is because they buy lunch for almost all the employees on Saturdays, sounds nice. except they don't buy any food for the delivery crew... rude -_-

I've always had good service at Knights. They are friendly, helpful, and you know they have your best interest at heart. They don't up-sell you just to make a buck. I've purchased sofa and love seat sets and was so pleased I went back to get some additional items like pillows and sheets (the Malouf charcoal is awesome!). The mattress protectors are awesome and great quality. 

Knights is the place for decent quality items not the cheap garbage found at other places. I have been back a number of times. Thanks Knights!

We went here looking for a table. I myself was expecting a very sale driven staff that wouldn't let me leave without buying. I was TOTALLY wrong. I was able to browse without pressure, and when it came time for questions, the individual that helped was very friendly, and created a non-pressure environment for us. We ended up taking advantage of the year end sale!

Great selection and customer service...was my original post. 6 weeks later we finally have the sofa and loveseat we ordered. In the wrong color. With delivery people who didnt want to deliver it INSIDE my house. And! The delivery guy was scratching zits on his back while staring at us incredulously. Ugh! We were going to go back to get an ottoman and bedroom suite and now heck no.
