They are always friendly. Their staff really wants to be helpful even though sometimes they have no idea what they are talking about. I like this best buy. I would give it 5 Stars as this location is run really well however their checkout process is needlessly long. I have only once had a bad experience here and I've probably been to this location 40 times.

God bless you guys! I put in an online order a week before Christmas because the items were set to be delivered the day before I was going to drive to my mom's house. Plans changed, and I was going to miss the packages by a day. But, I can only assume, as part of a campaign from Best Buy, they used 2-day shipping and I got my packages early and in time! It was great! Thank you to your company for helping Christmas be magical. :)

I walked in to Best Buy tonight with the intentions of Simply getting a quote for a simple upgrade on my car audio. The staff member that came over to help was so knowledgeable and so willing to help that in the end not only did he sell me Product but he sold me things that would save me money and in the end I felt great walking out the door after spending $1,000. This American Fork store is hands-down the best!

Brian in the TV section is very knowledgeable and personable. He explained with ease and professionalism the difference between the different types of displays. Will definitely be going back!

Oh my word when I walk through them doors the smell of the electronics hits my face and all of a sudden I'm excited ....oh yes I walk in, I see something I want to buy.... and as soon as I want to purchase it.... I am told they're out of stock.... and just where do I have to go?.. To another store to pick it up and then I get a big rubbery one.....BOOOO this store gets at 2!
