I had (and continue to have) great experiences here. Jeff and Kris are awesome and both are incredibly knowledgeable. Lisa and the other staff are on par with their culture of knowledge and service. Only one time they weren't sure of the answer to my problem so they called Fox to get it right. I really appreciate their honesty and sincerity in our dealings. I highly recommend Trek of AF and will continue to go back.

I've had really good experiences at this store over the past year. Originally I purchased a mountain bike and Lisa helped me. She was very understanding of my newness to the sport and helped me in deciding what was best for me. I rode that bike for a year and loved it. I brought the bike in for tune-ups throughout the year and was very impressed with Joseph who did most of the fixing for my bike. Took the time to fix what was necessary and allowing me to see what he was fixing and getting my advice on what I wanted my bike to ride like and how he could help. He was very fast and very thorough. I have had no issues with the bike or its parts. After a year or so of riding my mountain bike I decided to purchase a road bike. I was in and out of the store for months looking at different models and prices. I got to know the staff very well throughout that time and they were all very helpful and interested in helping me. I finally decided to make the purchase and the whole process went very smooth. Jeff and Kris were both amazing at helping me pick the bike for me (sport style but also good for commuting). They assembled the bike and it looked amazing. Went in for a fitting and Kris did an excellent job educating me on how I needed to ride (it was different from mountain biking) and fitting the bike to me like a glove. The bike rides great and I am super impressed with the staff here at this location and the bike I purchased. Amazing store and I will definitely keep coming back here for my cycling needs! Bottom line, if you want to purchase a bike or are interested in looking at bikes go here because you won't regret it!

They really know how to maintain bikes.  They did an excellent job on a bike on which I had 7,000 miles.  Runs like new and that is the absolute truth.  I also purchased two new bikes from them and they did an excellent job of setting the bikes up.  Very nice people to deal with.

Brought my daughter's bike there recently.  Did a great job.  The bike hadn't been cleaned or serviced for years.  Looked almost as good as new.

I am very happy with the service I receive from Trek Bikes in American Fork. I have purchased two bikes there and also had two mountain bikes refurbished. A few months ago I brought in a mountain bike for repair and they were super busy. However, they worked so hard to get it done in time for my son's bicycle activity at school the next day. Their service is top notch. I highly recommend Trek Bikes for new bicycle purchases and also for repairs on bikes that need a little TLC. They are so knowledgeable, fast, and easy to work with!
