I work for a security company company and needed to get rooms for this weekend. I called this morning almost 9:00 am and spoke with a woman. I asked if she had about 6 to 7 rooms available this weekend, and she said she does not have that many rooms available. I then proceeded to ask how many rooms she does have available and she said, "i can't see right now". I said you can't see right now?, and she responded, "no". ONE, I am lost for words. TWO, how can you work/run a business and respond rudely? If I could give them negative stars I would. If this is how their customer service is on the phone, imagine what their customer service is like in general. I hope someone trains the lady I spoke with, but if she is the owner I WISH YOU LUCK!

All I can say is MOLD MOLD MOLD ... MOLD EVERYWHERE ... This place needs some TLC and a deep cleaning. This place is really only good for a 1 night quick stay.

This place was filthy. The bathrooms were dirty and there was a moldy odor in the room. The tv barely worked and no wifi. Parking is horrible.     The bed blanket smelled n I had bites when i woke up.

Been here a month or 2 thought i give this place a try and be nice . the price is good but i notice every time the night shift would give us a nice room but when its day shift we would get our room switched and was willing to pay more for it but where told its reserved. But not even that...we notice they give good rooms to people that are only going to be there 1 or 2 nights and we also thought they would fix the WiFi but seen his daughter using a laptop so we called them saying we been here 2 months and he says due to his wifi speed ...Meaning they do but being greedy. Why have it up online ? I think they give it out to people that they think has money. So whoever had WiFi here please reply to me because i been here for 2 months and sometimes the water closes and there's bugs and we are being so nice by not saying anything . also 1 more thing i saw they don't put clean blankets after they "clean" so i was being nice and let that be till the neat day i adl them can i get a new blanket and she says why you have to change your blanket everyday and i said no this is my first time because i saw the maid cleaning my room and getting it ready the day i just checked in and saw she didn't switch the blanket! And she said i don't know ask the maid for one.  Im  like no that's your job in my head but I'm so nice so i went to go ask them and they act like they don't know English but saw them talking to a white man in English ! Im  done with this place.
