Knockout Fitness is all about you! We offer a wide array of strength training and cardiovascular equipment, and we have a huge selection of weights. From the readily-recognized brands such as Precor, Life Fitness, and Cybex, to the lesser known commercial equipment such as Woodway, Knockout Fitness of Rochester is sure to have something you’ll love! Need a tan? We offer tanning too!

Knockout Fitness has an ultra-affordable membership rate because we want everyone in Rochester to be able to work out. We’re also part of the Prime fitness center network. Our facility is host to a number of personal training services and offers on-site physical therapy. We welcome everyone at Knockout Fitness. Great gym. Friendly people. Some equipment on the older side, but has pretty much everything you'd need. No frills though. Great lifting gym. Showers available. Doesn't get very crowded.

It's a male dominated gym full of people who pretty much know what to do in a gym not very female-friendly on less you have athletic experience. The weights are never put back where they belong it's just super unorganized. If you are looking for something like LA Fitness or Planet Fitness or aesthetically pleasing this is not your place. They have a rinky-dink Jacob's Ladder and no TRX suspension. For the price you get what you pay for though.

The internet is sometimes disabled & the dumb bells go up only to 120-125 but its an all around very decent gym

The female front desk worker is incredibly rude, felt the need to publically humilate me in front of multiple people, accusing me of smoking in the rest room which I told her I wasn't, she then asked again getting ruder and demanded I open the door, which is harassment and a form of sexual harassment since I was using the rest room at the moment. Then when I asked to speak to a manager she copped a further attitude and told me to get out and dont come back if I have a problem with what she did. She was verbally confrontational, aggressive, sexually exposed me by whipping open the door when I was on the toilet and all I front of two of her little girlfriends who giggled the whole time. Unless you feel like being verbally assulated, spoken down to like your a dog and not a paying customer and have your privates exposed to multiple people, DONT EVER COME TO THIS GYM

Horrible experience when discontinuing my membership. When I asked about this process I was asked a few questions and I was then told that my membership had ended. Several months later I noticed that I was still being charged each month. When I spoke to the owner he explained to me that the gentleman who I spoke with was a trainer but not an actual employee of the gym. Because of the misinformation, I was refunded some of the charges. Now here it is a month later and I'm still being charged. Owner refuses to call me and refuses to handle this issue. Not happy at all!!!
