These guys know what they are doing! They always make sure to keep you safe, give you a heck of a workout, but also make sure that you're taken care of in and outside of the gym. 

I can honestly say that they go above and beyond any gym I've ever been to, and will work with any sort of hangups that you have.

Don't be scared of the "crossfit" label - this place is top notch and will make sure you want to keep coming back!

I love this place! It's a beautiful facility and they are very knowledgeable trainers. Heck, they even have showers! If you're looking for a new gym, this is the place to go. Call and ask for Kevin!

Love this gym! First time studying Muay Thai - it's been fantastic. Katie is a great teacher and one of the best physical trainers I've had. Started almost a year ago now and haven't looked back since!

They really know what they are doing and make you feel safe and welcomed. The members are great and I have so much fun here. Best gym in Rochester, and the results are amazing!

The Jiu- jitsu school is awesome-- very technical instruction coupled with solid fundamentals.  The team was very welcoming and helpful.  I truly look forward to every training session and tightening up my game.  Can't say enough great things about this school and the training partners.  Not to mention the nice facility.  If you're looking for an outstanding Brazilian jiu-jitsu school, come check it out!  You will find top notch instruction, quality people, and an overall good time.
