Good food at a decent price. I've eaten here for a few years, much prefer them to other pizza places in the area. Only reason not 5 stars because they do make a mistake every few orders, especially when busy. I've gotten shorted cheesesticks, or had missing toppings a few times. The delicious taste makes up for it.

So much sausage you will pound your chest and yell 'Da Bears!' at unsuspecting friends.  Usually dubstep playing inside. Rich, well done pizza.

My Boyfriend and I went to the knollas on central and ridge about a week ago. From the second that we walked in it was a terrible experience. If I could rate it 0 I would have. The girl (yes I said girl, because she was probably 18) was not friendly whatsoever. I was asking about the lunch special and asked if there was a way I could just have lettuce and chesse, no tomatoes or anything. Then she goes, "Well, they're pre-made so you can just pick off what you don't want. Ugh here I'll show you one." She brings over a salad that was thrown together on a plate, by someone that worked there. She very easily could have just thrown some lettuce on a plate and given it to me. So we decided to just get a slice of pizza a piece. She grabbed the dough with no gloves on and then put gloves on. She proceeded to make the pizza and put them in the oven. While they were cooking she put her fingers in her mouth and halfway down the back of her pants! I can prove this because I saw the two piercings on her lower back as she shoved her hands down her pants. I went up to say, "Can you please wear gloves when you take our pizza out of the oven because you've had your hands in your mouth and down your pants." she proceeded to say with emense attitude, "Yeah, well we're not required to wear gloves when we take them out of the oven." I'm thinking... Pretty sure it's state law that you have to wear gloves when handling food at all. She also said audible remarks that were rude about us and giggled with her associate. I know a member of the knolla family and I honestly could not have been more disgusted and disappointed as I was with this experience. Don't think I'll ever go back.
