This location has never griped about an order of 3 large specialties if we decide to have an impromptu office pizza party. And the pizzas have been ready in a decent amount of time and have been good each time as well.

I wish I can give them 0 star. I was their regular customer for a long long time, never had issues with any stores, untill tonight, the down town store staffs are so bad. The woman who took my order was not really working,  Beside asked my name and the phone number, she did not ask my address , my payment type. I have to remind her to do that. Here she goes, sent the delivery guy to the wrong place. And the guy said my address is out of their delivery zone, they are just being nice to do my order. I don't buy that kind of nices. I have been oder from this store number of times, but will no long deal with them. Papa John's is not the only place I can order pizza.

Good place, but if your wanting a soda know that you have to buy a 2 liter & they don't have cups.😂 There is no soda fountain machine for dine in, not enough parking & not the friendliest of staff, only 3 downfalls I could say.

This was my first time ordering delivery from the downtown location. When I ordered online, the delivery was suppose to be here at 11:22. I waited until 11:36 and called up to the store. I asked to speak to a manager and luckily, one answered. I didn't catch his name but I told him the issue in a calm tone. He said that the online system was not working correctly then hung up on me as I was trying to speak with him. I will not be ordering from Papa John's anymore. I spent many years in customer service and you do not treat customers this way. Good luck!

 Good pizza, horrid service. Guess papa john's hasn't changed. Back to wichita's best invention, the hut.
