I recently gave Smoky Mountain Dentistry a 1 star review and said some things about their business that I now see were not true. Like any parent, when it comes to my kids I only want the best for them. And it's a difficult thing when you feel like they aren't getting the very best or when you see them hurting. When we were there, the staff at Smoky Mnt.Dentistry done everything they could to help my child. At the time I didn't see that, but now, in hindsite I do. Unfortunatly, they were not able to help her, but I now see that wasn't their fault. It was my child's fault, or my fault. So, I for one want to apologize for leaving a bad review. That was unfair, premature, and uncalled for. I did not give them the chance to resolve the issue and try to make things right before posting something online, and that was wrong. After speaking with them they were kind and they worked with me to come to a resolution. They made it clear that regardless of the unsuccessful attempts at working with my child, if they were ever needed, we were always welcome back. I now genuinely see that they do care about the community they serve, and they do care about the service they provide their patients. I apologize for my previous post and I appreciate what S.M.D. does for this community.

Where do I start!! I love them! All the staff are great! My son had to have a filling and oh goodness I was worried! I was afraid he would act out or it would hurt of course like any mother. We took him back to the awesomely decorated forest! While waiting on the dentist the dental assistant made sure he was comfortable and show him all the cool tools , dr thirsty, the tickle machine, all the normal tools used with fun kiddy name. As the dentist numbs him he says ouch that hurts, and the dentist immediately says oh gosh I forgot to clip my finger nails and he immediealy calmed down and said oh my Mom clips my nails. Boom that was all it took for him to relate to the dentist and calm down completely. I love this place! The staff are great! All of them! Fun lobby! Very clean place ! 10 out of 5 stars if I could!
