Had a good experience overall at Kobe Steakhouse. Came in early for our reservation and the staff were able to seat us in about 20 minutes after being given a buzzer. Although, it did take around 40 minutes for the chef to arrive to start cooking our main dishes. The chef definitely liked to throw food our way and put on a show. There is definitely room for Kobe’s to enhance their hygiene and cleaning procedures from my observations. The waiters/waitresses could also come to check up on guests, including refilling their beverages more often as well. Still a good experience overall though with Kobe Steakhouse.
Our family went there to celebrate my stepdaughter's birthday. It was quite an experience. The food was cooked in the Japanese style of course, and there was plenty of it. MJ and I had egg rolls for appetizers. Everyone got a salad and broth as part of the dinner. The entrees were plentiful and delicious. My lady and I had steak and chicken. Quite good. The unique experience was having our food prepared on front of all of us. The cook didn't just cook, he put on a humorous performance. His was witty and entertaining. He played music with the cooking utensils and the steel cutting service. He was worth the show. He was a good cook too. We all had a great time and plan to go there again.
Tyson was one of the best chefs we’ve ever had, if not the best ever. Our food was prepared perfectly, starting with the fried rice and continuing on with the vegetables and noodles, and then the shrimp, salmon, and steak were all cooked flawlessly. Absolutely delicious. On top of this, Tyson was extremely skilled, and he was hugely entertaining. Our entire experience was lively and fun. Totally worthwhile. A five-star experience from beginning to end. I can hardly wait to go back.
We had a reservation for 6:30 and we were not able to be seated until 7:00. We waited at the bar until another party showed up to fill up the table since we only had 4 in our party. We enjoyed cocktails while we waited. We were offered a milkshake and an appetizer on the house since we waited a little longer. This was greatly appreciated. They were very busy but the staff did their best to accommodate and make us happy! Our chef was so funny and cooked everything perfectly. We enjoyed the food and the experience. Thank you for the special night.
Definitely one of the best dining experience i’ve ever had! I laugh the entire time. The food was extremely good. I look forward to going back really soon. Thank you
My friend and I would come here almost weekly, for years, and it was great! Awesome staff, even better food and their wait time from waiting area to food in your mouth was always efficient. Lately, the last few visits have not been as pleasant. The staff has a more nonchalant attitude and we’ve encountered a few who are just flat out rude. The wait times have increased and I’ve never sat at a table for so long without being offered a drink. I’m not sure if the management has changed or what, but it is not the same. However, the food is always delicious and spot on for what I request!!
Walked in with a 630 reservation. Sat at the bar until 728 waiting for a table. Finally made it back to the table and sat another 30 minutes before the chef arrived. No refills on drinks, and we didn't get our soup and salad before like the rest of the tables around us. Our waiter forgot us. The chef was fun, and the food was delicious, but I would not go back.
Oh my what an amazing night to celebrate my sons 40 birthday. The entire staff was fun, respectful, and entertaining. Love the new location on the lower level, but miss the elevator ride up. LOL. Thank you for making our celebration fun.Dine in: Yes
Kobe's is always an enjoyable experience. Our server and chef were both very interactive and accommodating. Our party enjoyed the environment and the food. I had the salmon and shrimp w/noodles, but was able to try almost all the items because it so much food!
A fantastic experience with an amazing staff from the host to the server to the hibachi chef. We started with the calamari $9 which having ordered this over the last 16+ years at various establishments in various cities, I hate to say this was slightly overcooked and underwhelming for the start of the meal and therefore I don't recommend ordering it. My wife and I ordered the Shogun Dinner for 2 which comes with 2 filet mignon, 2 lobster tails, and your choice of either shrimp or scallops which for $78 + the salad w/ either ranch or house ginger dressing, veggies, fried rice +$3, mushrooms, and shrimp toss and catch, plus the entertainment of your hibachi chef was worth every cent. I also had the Strawberry Smoothie +$5 which while quaint in its size was delicious. I would definitely recommend going with a group as it will be quite the experience for everyone with a ton of laughs and a full stomach.
