I called Kobi after a minor collision and the staff got me an appoint right away. I found the facility to be clean and nicely organized. Thr staff members were empathetic, nice and well spoken. They gave me an exceedingly fair price on a job. It was done efficiently and on the timeline they promised and at or slightly above my expectations. No bad surprises. Overall this is a great place that does good work at a good price and has excellent customer service. Highly recommend.

This is a body shop that does quality work. I have dealt with them many times. Good customer service and they kept me informed throughout the repair process. I am very happy with their work and it is a clean operation.

Kobi is the best at what he does.  My family and I have been using Kobi for many many years.  I have always found Kobi to be extremely fair when it comes to his prices and estimates on how long it will take to fix the problem.  He always returns my car on time.  If there is ever anything extra out of the quote a phone call will be made to explain why and what the extra charge may be for.  Sabrina and Diana are great and always pleasant and willing to go out of their way to help you.  I live in Connecticut and Long Island and will only take my cars to him.  You can always be sure that the car will leave Kobi's better looking than when it went in.  Meaning he will wash and detail the car like it is his own.  He keeps his cars in pristine shape and treats all cars he works on like they are his own.  Think about it, if all the dealerships in garden city use him and send their leases to him he is doing something correct.  No matter  if I have to drive a car 2 hours from Connecticut or 30 min from the Island again my family, friends and I will only use Kobi.  Pictures to come from when my car leaves his shop tomorrow.

Kobi Auto Collision provides good customer service. I felt as though I was helped from the moment I stepped into the facility, to the moment I stepped out. Plus the quality of work is excellent, incomparable. My vehicle looks beautiful ! Once my vehicle was damaged I felt as though it wouldn't go back to what it looked like prior. I was in a huge accident and the rear end of my car looked awful; but when I took my car to Kobi's, and got it back that thought completely changed. I highly recommend Kobi Auto Collision to anyone who needs vehicle repairs.
