I purchased a car from Millennium Toyota about 2 weeks ago. I have purchased about a half dozen cars in my lifetime from all different dealerships. Millennium Toyota was by far the easiest and most stress free purchasing experience I've had. My salesperson, Ahmad Hussein, was one of the nicest, most accommodating people I've ever had the pleasure of working with. He located the exact car I was looking far within one day of visiting the dealership, and the car was ready for me to take home only a couple of days after that. Financing through Toyota was a breeze, and they offered me an unbelievably low rate. I traded in my previous car to them to put towards the purchase of the new car. The trade-in value was very fair, and the process to overturn my vehicle and have my current loan paid off by Toyota was seamless. It goes without saying that I am beyond pleased with my experience, and especially with my salesperson Ahmad. He was truly a pleasure to work with, and did not make me feel pressured to make a purchase, nor did he play any "negotiating games" like so many dealerships and salesman are known to do. I would recommend Millennium Toyota to any of my friends and family. Go see Ahmad!

I purchased a 2018 Toyota Camry SE from this dealership. I had a wonderful experience! They were friendly, courteous, professional with a wealth of information on all their vehicles. A big thank you to Dan & Eric! I love my new car & will recommend your dealership to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle.

Today September 20,2017 I walked in to lease a car... as early I got there .. 10:00 am. sales person AHMED MUHAMMAD helped me with all is power and ability to work with me accordingly!! I was really thrilled with his help and responsibilities.. I also got to meet SAM TAYLOR who is the Finance manager of the store... and first he was blunt and straight up with me... it turned out that he was the BEST FM out there!! Last.. for the BEST .. I got to meet the General Manager of the store-JEFF... who was such a sweet person who really made the bet of the car to my offer!! Thanks so much to this dealership and the 3 men who have come to my offer and respectfully agree with me!! May this place grow to only be the best Toyota dealership!! Ellona David-- Toyota Corolla 2017!! If only I could give them more than 5 star ratings... that would have been done by me!! Best customer service from all!!

What a terrific experience! I recently leased a Highlander. I waited a little while to write this review to make sure that I encountered no issues. I am as happy today with my Highlander as I am the day I drove off the lot. Emil Torosyan was extraordinarily helpful and knowledgeable. He took the time to discuss all of the safety features available on the car and recognized that it was an important consideration for me and my family. He was patient as I test drove a number of different cars and worked extensively with me to put me in the best car that i could afford.

When I first went to Millennium I had a good experience with the staff there. Today, I called in to schedule an appointment for an inspection. The woman on the other end was very rude. She began asking questions and I answered them accordingly. When I did not hear her and asked "excuse me?", she began talking loud in a tone as if what she stated fell on deaf ears. Then, she says to someone in the office "can you believe this " or "are you kidding me", something of that nature (i'm too upset. I forget the exact words, but they were along those lines)-Unfortunately, she did not whisper low enough. I wanted to let her know that I heard what she had said, but I didn't because I wanted her to finish, so that I could ask her name and report her. She didn't give me the chance. She confirmed that she was speaking to "Mrs.Jane Doe" with the 2014 TOYOTA and once I said "correct", she hung up. I apologize if I wasted your time because this review is not reflective of their work, but customer service is everything. Generally, Customer service can actually keep a dissatisfied client and poor Customer Service can lose a loyal client. LESS THAN AN HOUR AFTER POSTING THE REVIEW AND FILING A COMPLAINT THE DEALERSHIP CALLED ME. THE WOMAN ON THE PHONE WAS VERY PLEASANT UNLIKE MY PREVIOUS ENCOUNTER. SHE CORDIALLY EXPLAINED THAT THE WOMAN THAT I PREVIOUSLY SPOKE WITH WAS A PART OF AN OUTSIDE VENDOR WHO PICKS UP CALLS WHEN THE CALLS ARE AT HIGH VOLUME. SHE ALSO EXPLAINED THAT SHE REACHED OUT TO THE VENDOR AND LET THEM KNOW THAT MY EXPERIENCE WAS UNACCEPTABLE. APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES LATER, ANOTHER PERSON CALLED ME TO ADDRESS THE CONCERN. LIKEWISE, HE WAS PLEASANT AND STATED THAT THE RECORDING WAS BEING REVIEWED. THAT IS GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE. ENOUGH EVEN TO IMPROVE MY RATING!
