Love my local Macy's. I have always received amazing customer service in every department I shop. I know I'm going to find great deals on any given day, not to mention the rewards I receive through the mail and email. I do wish they would offer children's shoes in store, but I know I can purchase online and return in store with no hassle.

Went to the Altamonte Springs Macy's last night at 8pm to purchase a mattress set. The store was open until 10 pm. Asked a nearby clerk if anyone could help us. Unbelievably, she flatly said "no" as she continued ringing up customers. Not even an offer to call a manager. With no one there to make the sale, we left and will make the purchase elsewhere. Funny that they lost a $2,000 sale without blinking an eye. Is it any wonder that they are shuttering stores all across the country???

I went into Macy's Altamonte Mall, and the service by Mercedes a sales representative was excellent. Mercedes was very helpful and courteous. I will tell others and will definitely visit again.

Do not like the new changes. Upstairs now the "outlet" clothes and shoe selection is not good. Down sized woman clothing options. This used to be my go to Macy's to shop. Will find another location. Worse Macy's shopping experience ever. Even the outlet prices upstairs were not outlet prices and you can't use coupons in the outlet.

My favorite hangout. The best asset is the personable staff. In most of the departments I frequent, I have a favorite salesperson. All of them go out of their way to accommodate my request, needs or concerns. 90% of my holiday shopping was done at this Macy's. This Macy's is fabulous.
