Decent Kohl's. A bit disorganized, but if you like digging around through things, especially the clearance racks, then it's alright. I'm afraid they're  taking lessons from Walmart, however. The last few times I've been in there's been one cashier and a line that's 6 or 7 carts deep. They have like 6 checkout lanes and only one open and employees standing around doing nothing while this is happening.

I find it difficult to decipher ' discounts '. Coupons that I try to use either don't apply or are not good until some other date. Best deals seam to be clearance items which are clearly marked.

All I can say is PATHETIC customer service. I had an item that I found a price match for and when I called, the manager stated that all I needed was a print out of what the competitor had it for and they would match it. After I drove there and went to checkout, the clerk said I needed a flyer and not a printout. She called the manager over and she stated the same thing. Also, you can't redeem Kohls cash or have any % off when you do price match. What's the point? They didn't apologize, just stated if you can get it for a better price, to purchase it there. I won't be back!!

This store is always a mess anymore. Displays are a mess with clothes scattered around.  If you would be looking for a particular brand or style of jeans, you would need to look on all racks ad they are piled where ever. Good luck in finding your size too.
