The lines were long, 5-10 minute waiting in line. It was difficult to find an associate to help with items, like checking prices. But the prices on clearance items were amazing. Of you use your Kohl's card and shop clearance, you can't buy used clothes cheaper than new here.

Kohl's is a good to shop as long as you can get a 30 per cent off coupon and don't mind sorting through shevles of jumbled merchandise. Their website is terribly slow. Need to hire some Amazon employees to help them out.

I hate Kohl's. As a manager in retail they undoubtedly have a good business model but it is so, so dishonest. Retail price is absurd and to get a better price you need their credit card, their flyers in the mail (15, 20% off, etc), and "Kohl's Cash." These things keep people coming back thinking they're getting a good deal when in reality they're only paying what they should have paid in the first place.

Had an issue with a security tag from an article of clothing ordered online. Brought in and they removed promptly. Good service. Lots of product on shelves. Plenty of selection
