My family and I usually try to go in the morning, and we've never had an issue with a wait. We've been an AT&T customer and have going here for years. We recently upgraded our phones and dealt with Jason. He suggested a different plan that made more sense for us, sold us new phones, and got everything switched over painlessly. He was polite, friendly and had a great sense of humor.
