Clean but customer service is horrible when it comes to returning online orders. The cashiers in the front are more friendly then the people in the back. I couldn't make a return because the item had to be the exact price but how in the world am I supposed to find what I am looking for when its a mess in the mens department and they change the sticker price. Last time that I buy from kohls

Clean but customer service is horrible! I've never been to a Khols but thought I'd try it. Had some cute things but I was not familiar with the store. I had to ask 2 people where the shoes were because directions were poor. I also asked 3 workers where the changing rooms were without more than a point and them saying that way. As I excited I told another woman with Khols ID that I couldn't find the changing rooms and she said well, they're all overt the store. Left about $200 or more in product on the counter by the exit and will not return to this location.

So much clearence clothes,  both men's and women's it's mind-boggeling. Had a 30% off coupon and couldn't find anything except Levis for hubby.
