I find the store to be over crowded w stuff.  Finding someone to help you is hit or miss.  Sometimes someone is around but usually not.  When you do find someone they are less than helpful.  I've heard from people that the store manager is fake and off putting, which is probably why the staff is cold.  You can't use any coupons on the good stuff like Nike, under armour, converse, Levi's, etc.  The staff says the companies won't allow coupons on their items, but that's a lie bc I use coupons on these items at other stores.  I only go there when I really have to.  Never go there and pay full price.  It's a rip off.

My one big issue each time I go in is jam packed the racks are. A lot of times it's hard to look through the racks because they are packed so tightly and there is always a number of clothing items on the floor as if the employees are to busy to pick up. It looks messy

They are always very helpful with finding what you are shopping for.   If they don't have size or style,  they will order for you.
