Fantastic attention from friendly knowledgeable staff. I went to three other stores after visiting Sears and found myself back at Sears to purchase my new washer and dryer. Couldn't be happier!

I have been going there for years and years and the manager actually snapped at me today when I went there and he knew who I was I can't believe you did that pleases read before going over .It used to be a very good store but now it's got less and less tools and it we should be having more Tools in it and the Shop Your Way Rewards should be much clearer understand did not get price quote at for battery One last thing what are all the people going to do who has contract jobs from Plumbing to cleaning up people's Lawns to other things or even if you're a tech or mechanic what are people going to do then when they can't find any tool that they need their no longer lifetime warranties anymore you have to bring back your sales receipt please read this whole message before you go into Sears

I personally never had an issue here. I have bought tools, clothes and bedding. They can be pricey but they also have good deals and awsome sales. They have honored a few sales for me past the date when I asked which I thought was great. Service is good but slow, especially if there is a line.

No way to put -5 ⭐️. My parents have been going there all major appliances for years. Even with their expensive warranty plan, they have been blown off like 3 times now for a repair on their washing machine and are now going on 2 months with out a washer. Every time they call and ask when they could come to fix it, they are given a different date. My father has taken time off of work to sit home waiting for these people and they never show up. Very poor quality service, and clearly no care for their customers! Stay away from this place if at all possible!

Do not go to this store. You have to search for a clerk for ten minutes and then, when you find them, they are rude and in this last case threatening. The head of the tool area threatened to punch me in the face. Also this store does not honor the Craftsman tool warranty. Disgusting. I will never go back to this store. If I could give them less than one star I would.
