No longer a cellular dead zone, Kohl's was a calm, pleasant, uneventful experience.  The line was kinda moving slow so I just checked another Dept. And low and behold shorter line.  The clearance has some great finds, but Availability between in store and online can be kind of a drag. This store is horrible. I will never shop there again. 
I bought something for store pickup. Waited in long line (this was November 12) to pick it up. Got it home & it was broken. Went to return it & they wouldn’t allow it. They needed to have the piece of paper that was in the plastic wrap that the item was packed in. 
The very rude “customer service” rep said they could check by my credit card number. I didn’t have that. I did have my name, my drivers lisence, the order number, the 3 texts that said my order was received, my order was ready to pick up & my order was picked up. 
Bottom line was that they refused to do the return. 
I have never heard of a company that made it this difficult. Walmart, Target, OSH, even Starbucks make it easy. She could see the order in the computer but refused to even use that!!  
My choice is now go a third time. I am not willing to do this.  I left with my broken item and told to come back with that piece of paper.

I love kohl's because of their great sales and variety of clothes available to all ages. Great place to shop for birthdays and holidays!!

Had an alright experience, the line was too long but at least i got my stuff. ALWAYS make sure to ask if they gave you your $10 off coupon for every $50 dollar spent because the cashier lady forgot to give it. Thats why you should always make sure you ASK FOR IT. thanks

Not the best selection. Prices are inflated. Service is average and their asset protection team is over whelmingly eyeballing and staring down customers.
