Loaded a heavy box (toilet) from the shelf and took it to check out. Cashier told me that was a return so she couldn't sell it to me. Waited for cashier to find 2 new toilets, she ended up telling me to ask those guys (pointed to 2 guys stocking shelves in the aisle). Waited for help while they stocked shelves. Ended up leaving because they didn't have time to help. They said, "they were in trouble for not keeping shelves stocked." I bought those 2 new toilets at Lowe's. They helped me load and gave me a discount.

Seems like a nice store to shop in and work for. Right off 99 so it's easier than going all around Sac for quality products.

My dad went to go buy wood for a new fence and as he was looking through the wood (picking it up and setting it aside) a worker came over and begin literally yelling at him about how he can't do that. I'm no expert but I'm pretty sure customers are supposed to be able to sort through the wood to find the ones they want. On top of that, when he asked them to bring down a different case, the worker put all the wood my dad had set aside on top of the new wood, forcing him to pick up all that bad wood again just to start looking through the new wood. We asked if they could move that bad wood so he could start looking through the new case and they said "no." At that point it seemed like they were just trying to be jerks by forcing him to move all that heavy wood again, which he did. Asked to speak to a manager and the manager never came. So upset. We were just trying to get good wood and they were such jerks.

The store is nice and clean inside. The customer service is SUPERB. Much BETTER than lowes. Also, they price match.
