I purchased a new iPhone S from AT&T. I'm extremely happy with my phone. Jordan at AT & T was very thorough explaining to me how all the functions on my iPhone operates. If you are looking to buy a device(s) at AT&T, ask for Jordan, he's the "man ". You cannot miss him because he's the one with the gorgeous eyelashes...and handsome too. Thank you, Jordan for all your help and hostility. My husband and I will be back real soon.

The worst ever experience for me at this location. Nobody cared to serve me. I was there for almost 30 mins and not a single person volunteered. Maybe because I m Brown that's why.

Went to this store in hopes of buying a phone and getting the second free as advertised......Not! Like i said, i wanted to buy the Samsung S-7 Edge (cash), and get the second free, which is all a hoax, FALSE ADVERTISING! They want to lease you the phone with monthly installments, in order to get to lease the second! WTF??!! Not to mention the clerk/salesman didnt know anything about the product he was trying to sell, didnt know the items that was suppose to come with the phone! Instead of giving me what i asked, he would go in the back and try to sell me the older model...WTF? I was finally done with the bull and left, get the phone tomorrow on arden..... If im spending over 700 cash, at least get me what i asked for.....and know what suppose to come with it idiot!!                                                                                Update! 3/11/2016.... Went to purchase the phone at the Arden/howe location, again i was told i couldnt pay cash i had to lease it monthly! So, i left that store and went to Bestbuy around the corner and purchased the phone......with NO PROBLEM! So after i purchased the phone, i went back to both locations to show them i did so!! LMAO!!! You should have seen the look on their faces!!! LMAO!! So, to all the people who dont want to lease a phone from AT&T, my carrier, just pay Cash somewhere else!!  So happy shopping...just do your research... will upload pics and the receipt!!
