So basically I got an email saying I could come pick up my order. I decided to do that, and when I got there, there was a lady in line who was buying $400 worth of clothes and returning TWO items. It took TWENTY MINUTES for me to pick up TWO items. Then, when the lady finally started helping me, she told me that my order wasn’t ready. She couldn’t find it, and it wasn’t in the system. Which she could have told me before she made me wait for 20 minutes for her to check out this other woman. So I told her I had an email and she needed to find it, but didn’t even bother to go look until I told her to. This is honestly the most ridiculous experience and worst customer service I have ever received. Will not be returning or ordering online again.

We went shopping on Black Friday, which isn’t that anymore since they open up on Thanksgiving afternoon. We waited outside in line for just over an hour. One employee was so rude it was terrible. We did get a lot of good deals. I like Kohl’s for the great sales, the store is always nice an neat and clean. They give out Kohl’s cash but I usually never use them.

I always manage to find a great deal here! Plenty of nice things to choose from, and interactions with staff have been pleasant.
