Just recently visited during the 2017 holiday season. Usually get great help and checkout is normally quick. This time the service was terrible. I had two employees basically brush me a side while I was attempting too get help. Even if I was able to get the products I was looking for the lines were excessively long. I can't imagine a store this size not planning for the holiday rush by not putting more cashiers on the schedule. I hope next time I visit they do a better job!

Should be better laid out. I don't know if there is a petite area or not because I saw none.
As for the $10.00 thing they give you, you have too use it in like a week. That's dumb.

My advice, please check the box or bag whenever you buy something in this store...why because I bought a shoe for $45 and paid at the counter $74.
Later I asked the cashier she said go to customer service and there I've been informed that they charge as per box price, a guy came from shoe section we went there again try to find the box for the shoe we bought never find it than finally found a similar box and cashier paid back the 74 than we paid 45 finally.
This is the msg to the owner/director of this store to take care someone is doing something wrong there high prices shoes going out in lower price shoes boxes.
