Easiest shopping experience I've probably ever had--I've already recommended people to this location. Kevin Azevedo was my salesperson. He was knowledgeable, friendly and (most importantly) patient. My wife and I tried out several mattresses before making a decision and never felt rushed. If you're looking for a good night's sleep, Mattress Firm will make it happen. If I was famous, I would gladly be their spokesperson.

My family and I were moving from Texas to California, and the bed we ordered from another company said they would deliver the day we moved into our house (for my disabled mother). Boy was that a joke. We were waiting when they said they'd deliver and it never came, then they told us it would be another 6 weeks!! We cancelled our order and went to Mattress Firm, where we had the bed picked out with the help of their amazing staff and it was delivered the same day! You can never know how stressful this type of situation can be until you're in it. I beg you, go see the staff at Mattress Firm in Lodi. They're top notch!

The customer service with Kevin Azevedo was amazing. Very willing to make sure I tried every available option and easy going. He made sure to assess what kind of sleeper I was to get me the right mattress in my price range. I highly recommend this store.

Edit- I received a call from the manager who apologized for the error and offered to pick up the mattress without a fee. Good job Mattress Firm I appreciate your flexibility and commitment to customer service! We bought a Purple mattress here this week. Good sales service. Good product. Good delivery. Problem came when we asked them to remove the previous mattress which we had placed outside for their convenience. We didn’t monitor and the mattress was left behind. When I called the store I was told they would come back for it, but I would have to pay a trip fee of $79.00. Boo Mattress Firm! What about customer service?!

Had a great experience. Got a great deal on a mattress for my spare room. Everyone was kind and very efficient. Kevin Azevedo made it a very easy and painless transaction
