I bought a pair of sneakers for my son while he was on vacation and they ended up being just one size too small. So I went to exchange them and they didn't have that shoe anymore at all so I found another pair similar to the price I paid. When I went to exchange them the clerk told me I couldn't do an exchange because they were not the same and orig. retail price was not the same. I bought the sneakers for $60.00 on clearance from $80 but she said they go by original price... My only option was to return them and then purchase the new pair. However, NOW I also lose $20 from my return because I was given Kohl's cash from that purchase when I spent over $150 for school for my son. I used the Kohl's cash on another pair of sneakers for my son for school AT KOHLS. So out of the $60 I paid, I only got $40 back towards the purchase for the sneakers I wanted to exchange them with. The clerk had no care what so ever, not the best customer service and a terrible experience! After spending hundreds at this store recently I just won't be back. I'll take my money elsewhere.

I went in there to pick up an item. Had no problem finding it however on a center display they had various Men's Grooming and dental hygiene products on sale. Some of those were items by waterpik and it turns out that the items were not on sale even though the employees placed them on the stand that had for sale items. So I took the item in question that I wanted to the front to find out how much it was and she told me it was not on sale. After taking the associate back to where they were shown to be on sale she simply passed it off as items being placed where they shouldn't be and left it at that. No apologies no nothing and then she checked me out with an attitude like someone you'd meet at the DMV. I will waste my time here anymore.

I went to the store today and asked the cashier where can i find evening gown or night dresses. She looked at me and said we usually have small sizes we don't carry bigger sizes alot. I was so mad, i just said thank you and left the store. I know i am a plus size but who is she to judge me. My size is none of her business. I dont think i am gonne like this store the way i used to. Very rude customer service.

This is a very good Kohls. The customer service is great without being overbearing. There's a wide variety of stock and as usual with Kohls most things are a good price.

They didn't have much.  I was looking for boys jeans. Just regular styles.  No slim no boot cut regular straight.  They didn't have that in his size. I do not like to order online because i have found i don't always get what I'm wanting.
