Literally the SLOWEST pharmacy I have ever used. The only reason I keep coming to this location is because they seem to be the only one in the area that carries the meds I need. They are very nice but the service is so slow it doesn't make up for that. Every time I am it takes at least 20 minutes to pick up ONE medication.

Took 7.5 minutes before someone would answer the phone in the pharmacy. Not very cool people.

The staff has been rude and seem to have an issue whenever I have a refill. I had to call corporate to resolve the issue between Walgreens on Chamberlayne and the one on Mechanicsville. Both locations were working against me.

We were visiting family from out of town and had to have a prescription filled on Christmas day. Terrific customer service from Joe, who is on their pharmacy staff. I was very grateful for his kindness.

Very rude workers. Seemed to me like they didn't have time for me. Wouldn't recommend and I'm not going back.
