I haven't shopped st Kohl's much in the past five years because they're a bit pricey and the clothes are generally have an awkward fit.

The said, Kohl's did a great job getting me back in AND pleasing me once I was there.

They sent 2 $10 off coupons. I missed the dates of the first and regretted that, so I made sure to get right out there when I received the second coupon. Good job marketing!

I came in looking for winter boots and cozy slippers. The boots were too pricey, but they had a huge selection of slippers and the ones I wanted were on sale. 

When I got to the checkout they rang up for a few dollars more than the sign I had seen. I might have seen them in the wrong place and admitted that. The cashier was so nice about it though. She just gave me the price I saw and made my day.

I found exactly what I was looking for for a very affordable price. The sales associates were very friendly & helpful. Checkout was quick & efficient.

Online order pickup disappointing.  Walked up to express lane and stood and waited about 10-12 minutes.  Should have kiosk for customer to enter name so clerks waiting on others don't have to keep calling for online order clerk to pull order.

Friendly staff and clean store. Great selection of merchandise. There's always a coupon in the weekend paper. Great place to shop!!

Really hard to beat some of the deals, especially when you have coupons on top of the sale price. Would have normally spent $530 regular price, but walked out paying just over $200! Coupons don't seem to expire so we stacked 10 of them. Hard to argue!
