Posted return policy on kiosk: "have proof of purchase. With your original receipt, the credit card- you used to purchase, OR return label, OR packaging slip." Go to return pair of sunglasses and return is refused for not having BOTH a receipt and a return label. If the return policy has changed, great, post that, but don't say you won't follow your posted return policy. Certainly don't be rude while stating you don't care about the policy. Get it together, this is why retail in America is disappearing.

Good prices on quality clothes. Don't like how they divide stuff by brands. My daughter was looking for a dress not a designer. Had to go to 10 sections instead on one.
