Ok except that I've made 3 calls to get a copy of the charge. I was supposed to have it emailed by the technician immediately following his repair, well I didn't see it. So I called and was sent an appointment reminder instead of what I asked for immediately. I was then told it would take 24 hours and we verified my email. Needless to say it didn't come so I called. And I was told to wait 48 hours and that I would get it because she made her request. Well, needless to say again after 3 days I don't have it and now I have an email from Sears saying that it is warranted for 90 days provided that proof can shown. Well I have nothing at all from Sears showing the work was completed. They have also deleted my order number. What to do? I've been very patient, I guess I'll have to blow their heads off with my voice

Ever shrinking SEARS. They used to have a good variety here, but every time we come they have less and less. We asked staff if they still had certain departments (such as big and tall or maternity) and the staff didn't even know. We ended up not even buying anything are last stop because we can't buy what we can't find. Not to mention they seem to always have their items on sale, which is a misleading business practice. If it's always on sale, then it's never really on sale...

Broken promises- still no merchandise and all we get is excuses. Customer service is a joke. If you can't walk out with it- don't get it.
