Love Love Love shopping at Khol's. The new store in North Smithfield is one third the size of the Smithfield and due to the the selection is much smaller. I would prefer to shop in Smithfield but will go to the North Smithfield store if needed to. The rewards program is wonderful and we'll worth the time.

They don't really have everything a normal Kohls does. Not sure if its the holiday or because they're smaller. They had 40,000 girls gloves but 0 hats...kinda strange. The employees that rang us out were nice, but they were more involved in their own conversation...but gave us 15% off with a coupon and we didn't even need to ask.

Horrible customer service i bought a 50 dollar perfume that the women at the register forgot to put into my bag. I called and they said I could come pick it up. However when I did go to pick up the perfume I already paid for I had to prove that it was never given to me. After waiting 15 min someone came and told me the perfume was put into my bags. So again I was standing there trying to explain to them that I did not get my perfume it was not put into my bag. I did not like the way they where speaking to me telling me they saw the cashier put the perfume in my bag but in the end to finally give me my perfume that I did not take in the first place ! What a waste of time and how disrespectful I spent 600 dollars in that store and they accused me of trying to lie! I will never buy anything from this or any khols again

This Kohl's store is brand new. It is spotless and organized. There are self checkout kiosks and you can also use them to place orders to be shipped to your home. When you do this there is no shipping charge.

I found products to be similar to less costly stores. Example frayed strings from under garments do not make them attractive for price. Trying to be like Marshall's or TO Max but falling short in my opinion.
