This place is good with lots of other buys shops for men and women Macy’s is just price tag but there are other stuff too

I went in on a Friday to return two shirts and couldn't find anyone on the second floor. This is not hyperbole. There were no employees on the entire second floor. The escalator to the third floor was down (and had been since I purchased the shirts about a week before- they direct you to an elevator far in the corner of the building- ugh). When I got to the third floor, I finally found one employee who was able to process my return. When I informed the employee that I couldn't find anyone on the second floor, she told me I was wrong and that there were several employees down there- she listed three or four names. I told her rather than arguing with me, it might be more helpful to accept the feedback from a customer and move forward, and she gave me the stink eye! Anyway, this was on 6/9. It is now 6/20 and I have yet to receive the refund on my card. I tried calling Macy's earlier today but their phone system is set up to hang up on you if you dial 0 looking for an operator. You know, like everyone on earth does. 0/10. Macy's has a premiere name but they're certainly not living up to it at the Emerald Square Mall in Attleboro.

Underwear online was on sale for $4.99 but was 3 for $24 in store. This was not an online exclusive sale. Staff was friendly enough to match their own sale. Why would these be 2 different sale prices for the same store and same product
