I shop and buy from Kohl's often but had a bad experience at this particular store. I went up to the register to check out and found no one at the register and two people standing at the customer service counter where the only empoyee at the front was working. I stood at the regular check out counters, assuming the regular cashier must have had to step away and would soon be back. I was waiting to the side when the cashier working customer service told me the line started 'back there' and if I was ready, I needed to get in line. I was spoke at more than to, and found the way she said it to be rude and unnecessary. Being the only person at the front with a growing line I can understand her frustration. The other cashier in the South entrance checkout line was apparently swamped and sending customers to the customer service line. They really need to provide more cashiers at the front like any retail store should and not rely on the customer service cashier to carry that load. I likely won't be back to this particular Kohl's.

Terrible service and Jessica the store manager is a joke, hires people and fires them within a week for doing a good job. I can get my 9.95hr somewhere else that actually pays they're employees just goes to show you how desperate they are for help but unwilling to pay good wage and treat their employees with some respect. Lines are terribly long and they are so short staffed due to the little cliche they have going on in management even the managers themselves stood around while we rang up as if they couldn't jump on a register pathetic next to the worst job ever had. Management stands around and chats while everyone else is working. Corporate needs to do a full body scan on this store because it is sad.

The store is atrocious! Half the stuff is damamged, there item finder machines re broken, and there show department is a mess.

Had an exchange, it was handled courtesy, didn't need receipt even tho I had it. Love that store.
