I get that just after Christmas retail is difficult and messy. I’ve worked retail for most of my life. I’ve also been a Target shopper, at this Target, all my life. Today, the customer service I received was worse than Walmart. I couldn’t have left more frustrated. I expect products to be labeled correctly, especially if they are on sale. I expect that when something is labeled wrong, I expect someone to apologize for the mistake.

It was 25% off toys today at Target which of course meant packed aisles. Target threw a bit of fun in by having a Lego Star Wars scavenger hunt in the store. My boys loved it. They left with a free poster and a coupon for Legos. Thanks to Target for another great experience.

It is November 25th and I'm looking for Christmas lights to decorate for the holidays and the shelves are completely wiped out. I asked an associate for help locating some in the back, at another store or online and he was of NO help!!! Have noticed the shelves throughout the store have been very bare lately.

Typically they have everything I need and the shopping experience is much better than other retail stores.

I wanted to buy a cup but there was no tag and no items similar to scan so I couldn't bring anything up to the register. I explained this to the cashier and she said "there is no way for me to ring this up so I can't give this to ypu." Julia didn't even try to help me or call a manager for help. I could tell she didn't care. So instead I left as an unhappy customer and you lost out on a sale.
