This Kohl’s location has consistently provided me with the WORST customer service of any Kohl’s store I have shopped at. “Hassle-free returns” are anything BUT hassle-free. Instead of looking up the defective items I brought in to return (which were purchased with a Kohls credit card, and in the Kohls box it was delivered to me in) I was told “We can’t take this stuff back.” and that they would be happy to give me the number to someone in corporate if I wanted it. I’ve never encountered such pompous and arrogant sales associates and managers in my life. I wouldn’t even recommend this store to a worst enemy.

One of my favorite dept stores to shop at...their clearance is out of control. Good quality clothing and shoes I mean everything again I love this store!

This was my very first Kohl's store experience back on my birthday in 1996 when it opened. 21 years later, I'm really rediscovering its niche. Rock & Republic is now only at Kohl's, which I enjoy, but I'm taking a second look at Apt. 9 too. Love the Yes2You Rewards as well.

Decent sales, very long lines but to be expected before Christmas. Most clearance item are garbage unless you're looking for teal XXL pleated jorts.
