Friendly and knowledgeable salesman that left me alone to try beds. When I was ready, he answered my questions and he didn't make me feel pressured to buy or upgrade. Delivery was on time and delivery guys were fast, friendly, and we're careful not to ding up my narrow upstairs hallway carrying the bed in.

waited five days for delivery of my bed, checked once on delivery and was assured it was on its way...waited an hour outside of my delivery window and then was told it was routed wrong and there was no way it could get here today.  meanwhile, my bedroom, the only in my house, is completely deconstructed and now i have no where to sleep tonight.  when i spend a lot of money, on an imperative piece of furniture, i expect top quality service.  unless you appreciate half-assed service with little apology or attempt to correct it, go somewhere else.
