I am presently renovating my kitchen and had a great experience working with Stacey Yankovic on selecting a new sink and faucet. The sink was delivered quickly but unfortunately the model faucet that I selected was not in stock. Stacey kept me informed on the order status and helped expedite the delivery. She also followed up to make sure that I was satisfied with the product and the service

Stacey was amazing with her experience in design and finding the right products for our kitchen. She got us a very good price and followed up till the work got done.

We worked with Stacey Yankovic. She was extremely knowledgable in helping us pick shower fixtures for our bathroom remodel. The Kohler Store was beautiful and helped us imagine how what we picked would look in our bathroom.

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE ALYSSA B WAS THE BEST WENT SO FAR OUT OF HER WAY TO HELP US.  I WOULD RECOMMEND GOING TO KOHLER SHOWROOM DIRECTLY FOR ALL OF YOUR NEEDS.

I worked with Stacy and she was wonderful. She helped and my wife pick everything out for 2 bathrooms.  She answered emails and phone call right away.  I order some wrong things and the swap was easy, no restocking fee. I am not sure why people complained about something that doesn't exist. 
Since I did the reno myself I made several orders and few exchanges with Stacy. Everytime I walked in the sales people were friendly and always asked if I needed help. I estimate I went to the store about 7 times and was never ignored. 
Kohler is pricey, but you get what you pay for. The stores prices are 25% less than the website. The person that said Ferguson is cheaper must be smoking crack. Don't get me wrong, Kohler has some things that are crazy prices, but those are show pieces for the really wealthy. 
They have a shower set up with all the heads so you can test to see which one you like. 
All the deliveries were made within 2 days, can't beat that.
