I was in a car accident that wound up damaging my back in such a horrific state that I thought my life was over. Could you even imagine being in a position where you are severely injured, unsure of your future because of this accident, and scared beyond belief of what is to come? That was me in 2014. Raoul Bustillo was recommended to me and he instantly changed my life. I have never had to deal with such a disastrous situation before and had no idea what I was supposed to do. Raoul completely replaced that fear from the second I walked into his office. First, he made me feel 100% comfortable and explained everything to me in such a way that I was instantly at ease. He was 100% up front about all of the steps that we had to take and explained he would be there every step of the way. Well, not only was he there every step of the way, but he went out of his way to make sure I was always taken care of and that I had the best doctors and treatment. 
 I went through numerous procedures and surgeries to correct all of the significant damage I sustained during the accident. Raoul found, researched and set me up with the best surgeon for what I needed. I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart that this was life changing and it is because of Raoul and his staff that I was able to make full recovery. He pushed to make sure my bills were paid and the insurance company did their part. I never had to deal with the pain of calling the insurance company and/or trying to figure out what comes next. That in itself can be more stressful than pain, but Raoul handled every single aspect of this for me and never let me feel overwhelmed. He is literally the most caring, trusting and intelligent human being that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. 
 Raoul was extremely aggressive in making sure I received exactly what I deserved. He kept me calm when I thought I couldn’t take the stress and pain anymore. He fought for me like no one has ever fought before. He made me feel extremely confident in my case and my future. My main concern was getting my back fixed, but I was very worried about my life in ten years from now. Will I be able to work? What will happen if my pain returns? What will do with these medical bills? Raoul worked so unbelievably hard for me that I do not have to worry about this again. The surgeon he sent me to changed my back, so that I am so close to being normal again and I was able to return to my career! Once we were ready to settle, Raoul fought so hard that I now have a settlement that will keep my family and I comfortable for the rest of my life in case I am unable to work when my back gets worse as I age. I have never seen such devotion and anyone push as hard as Raoul. I trust him, his confidence, his honesty and determination more than anyone.
 I can say that Raoul Bustillo and his staff have changed my life. They will not stop until they feel you get what you deserved. Thank you so much Raoul for everything that you have done for me… and my family. I will never be able to express how grateful and how much I (and my family) appreciate his enormously hard work and dedication. He changed my life.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE ATTORNEYS THEY UP TO NO GOOD, THEY WILL STUB YOU IN THE BACK.  SPECIALLY AN ATTORNEY ..RAOUL BUSTILLO, COUNSEL WITH HIM AND REFERRED ME TO AN RECENT GRADUATED AND INEXPERIENCE SOLO ATTY FOR A CRIMINAL CASE.  HE WAS THINKING TO LATER TAKE THE CASE CIVIL THEN AFTER.   COUNSEL WITH HIM AND CHANGE HIS CHICKEN MIND TO PROCEED CAUSE THEY ARE FRIENDS!! WATCH OUT..NO GOOD!!!
