I’ve been to a lot of nail salons and this was probably the worst experience I’ve ever had. I called in about an hour before we were going to arrive and made an appointment for my mom and I to get pedicures and to get a gel manicure for myself. When we arrived they acted like they had no recollection of the appointment. They didn’t start on my manicure until 30 minutes after our scheduled time and didn’t start on our pedicures for almost an hour after. Both jobs were rushed and turned out horribly. The shop was also extremely hot, one of the workers mentioned that they wouldn’t fix the air conditioning. The staff also was extremely rude to customers it felt like they were making fun of us the whole time. I have no idea why this place has such good reviews. I will never be returning.

When you walk in the atmosphere is nice it looks like a really nice Salon the one lady who runs it was incredibly rude the girl that worked on me was nice but they were incredibly rough the next day when I got up I had scabs on my feet from them scrubbing too hard with the pumice. I'm pretty sure the pumice was not a brand new pumice and they share the same file on myself and the lady that I was there with. Another lady came in they set her up in a chair that another person prior had vacated and I did not see them clean it I would never ever go there again. My feet still hurt!!

Amazing Staff are very kind and its never crowded. Staff make you feel welcomed and great people to have a conversation. For sure the best place in McMinnville. Hands down I will come here again and again.

Took my 15 year-old here for an eyebrow wax.  It was sloppy and uneven. They took off way too much from one side and missed hairs that should have been taken off. It was really obviously crooked. They never even asked my daughter what she wanted. She had nice full brows and they completely scalped one side so that it looks half an inch shorter than the other side, and way skinnier than what she wanted. Instead of shaping them, the esthetician did a rushed, straight across job that looks cheesy and weird. After my kid cried for a half an hour in the car, I went back in and asked to talk to the girl who did it. I was discreet, and asked to talk to her in private. Told her that my child was upset and she asked if she could see her eyebrows, so I took her out and showed her. The esthetician first offered to take more off to make them even and we of course said no thanks. What really irritated me was that she got very defensive and tried to say that my kid's eyebrows were crooked in the first place and if I was convinced otherwise then there was nothing she could do to make me happy. She gave me the $10 plus $2 tip back and we are now going to spend this to have someone else fix them, plus $20 or more on product to make them look less weird until they grow back...
