Jack was amazing, he's a great guy and super helpful. He never once asked if I was going to buy a tub. He just pleasantly gave me information, answered all my questions and explained how Oregon hot tub was better than other retailers and what they offered. I never once felt pressured or overwhelmed. I'd buy from him again in the future.

I’m very pleased with the end-to-end experience selecting, purchasing, installing, and maintaining my hot tub. Working with people who really know the products and are well established is important to me. My Hot Springs spa has been trouble free and extremely low maintenance.

Jack was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the right hot tub. I would recommend them if you are in the market for a hot tub. They have a good selection of high quality tubs.

I'm sharing my experience because I looked at Oregon hot tub as a reputable dealer but found out their far from it. They treated me poorly and never returned my calls. Buy elsewhere I did!
