Spa Bliss got a five star rating because I walk using a walker and there was a clerk right by the front doors and she opened the door for me saying welcome to Spa Bliss at the same time and how could she help me. I was looking for a powder foundation for my face and I had no idea how to find one. The clerk suggested we look over at their drawer of samples. She suggested a color and even tried it on my face. But it was not the color I was looking for so she gave me a tissue to take the powder off my face and suggests another powder and we try it on my face and it was a perfect match. So I ended up buying that one . It was a bit spendy but I got what I was looking for so I couldn't complain. And I got excellent customer service also.

I went here for a normal haircut, and the first thing the lady said when she saw that I was a guy was "we have a barber." This made me feel terrible. If she didnt want to cut mens hair she sbouldnt have taken my appointment. After that she gave me an uneven haircut. Now I'm not sure if this single bad experience was driven by someones beinein sense of duty to keep masculinity out of salons but it made me feel unwanted.

Did not feel like they wanted to earn my business. Will not return. 

I had a cut here a few months back. The stylist was great, but the atmosphere, not very inviting. The staff and client, which seemed to be more of a friend than paying customer, in the station behind us were acting very unprofessionally. So much so that I cut the appointment short as it was not relaxing at all. 

Recently, I decided to give them another try. Upon entering the spa, I expressed my concern regarding my previous appointment and was not acknowledged, whatsoever. In fact, I was informed that I must be in error, surely my experience was less of an issue than I was suggesting.

Having made an appointment, I later had to postpone due to unforeseen developments. Even that process felt more arduous than it should for business that is providing relaxation and styling. Definitely felt like the onus was upon me to get through, as opposed to them being highly responsive.

C'est la vie. Not everyone has the same standards. I for one will not be returning. Very nice place, however, so maybe you will have a better experience.

I just had a wonderful deep tissue massage here and it was my first visit. Called and was able to get in quickly, I had a lot of tension and knotted muscles in my neck to be worked on. My Masseuse was IONE and she was adorable. Everyone was friendly and professional. The place was beautiful and I was treated very well. Clean and neat with a calm and relaxing atmosphere. Just read the reviews and fortunately I did not have a similar experience as a few folks had. That is too bad. I am planning on going back as soon as possible and setting a couple's date up with my husband.
