All of the Front office staff are friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The office hours are great for school-age children who need late afternoon and Saturday appointments. Scheduling appointments are easy as I do it online. They send text messages and email reminders so you don't forget any appointments. Registration process is simple and quick. Once in the office, the wait time from start to finish is pretty lengthy. They do have tv's, a kids play area and coloring pages to accommodate the children during the long wait. Unfortunately, some parents let their children run around unsupervised so the waiting room does get quiet noisy and busy at times. The kids do get balloons, bracelets and toys after each visit and goody bags after routine cleaning exams.

Dr. Ronald singer is the best dentist in there!!! He is very patient with the littler kids and understands that kids can't take alot in one visit. He is just great if you go there ask for him. He does superb work, he fixed my 3 year olds cavities and was extremely nice to my daughter and me. Thank you Dr Ronald Singer.

I've been taking my children to Kool Smiles for over two years now, and each time has been a positive experience. The front office staff is very friendly, the dentist and assistants are knowledgeable and professional, and they have a nice play area for the kids off of the waiting room. It is often busy, so there can be a bit of a wait, but other than that, it's a great place to go.

Cooperative and accommodating staff!  My son is a 5 year old with autism and has great anxiety when going to the dentist.  I've been actively working with the office manager Dawn, the office staff, and the dentists to help my son become more at ease with the whole process of seeing a dentist.  He hasn't fully arrived yet, but I'm thankful for Kool Smiles willingness to help him.  They have gone out of the way to help me train him to be a good dental patient.

Horrible service. Ladies working the desk were bickering at each other. Appointment has been scheduled for a while then get there and they say they can't get ahold of insurance company. Website disagreed they accept Aetna. I asked why it want confirmed before and they couldn't answer. Won't be going back.
