****** DO NOT TAKE YOUR CHILD HERE****** I seen their commercials and since I foster kids and on Medicaid I liked the idea of having their dentist and orthodontist in the same office. When I called to make the appointment they said yes the accept Medicaid. Got there today the office is dirty, the staff is rude. I walked in the staff was completely unprofessional talking about the new system and paperwork they have to do. Curse words were used by a couple with children present. Gave all information and Medicaid cards to person checking in. When I my children get called back the lady stated both kids don’t have appointments. I explained I just checked them in, she became hostel and unprofessional stating I was wrong. Also said I was going to have to pay out of pocket for the orthodontist. I explained how I was told when I made the appointment it was covered. She became defensive and rolled her eyes waved her hand and in an attitude stated and I quote, “that’s how they get you in for cleanings Medicaid does not cover orthodontist in Indiana”  mean while I am watching a dental tech grab folders from the desk walk back touch children’s mouths and move to the next and never changed her gloves or washed hands. As a medical professional this was beyond scary and I told them to cancel my appointment I will not be going there. I WOULD NOT ALLOW MY DOG TO BE SEEN BY THEM!!! This place is beyond scary.

Staff is very unprofessional. The dental assistants are rude and aren't friendly to the kids. They barely speak to them. They all carry on side conversations. Very unprofessional. One of the ladies even told me I couldn't have my phone while I was in the back but they carried on a whole conversation about one of the other dentals assistant date she was going on tonight. The actual dentist was nice and professional. We will not come back to this location.
