the staff shares your complaint cards with everyone patients and staff alike.  you don't get your lotion the day it is dropped off.  you get discharged and Valle vista staff want you off premises asap so if your ride isn't there when discharged,  the staff calls you a cab

This place was a nightmare I went in for suicidal thoughts. No concelor. It was full of people with addictions. I felt sorry for them. My roommate was so high on suboxone she got up in the night wanting more. Her feet was swollen. I stayed 6 days. No sleep. My Anxiety is worse. They took my meds when I left. Wrote scripts for what they wanted me to take. I wake up shaking thinking I'm still there. Please if you are not and addict don't go there. They will mess with your mind to get you on suboxone.  I'm not the same..stay away from this asylum..I'm shaking as I type this. I wouldn't give one star. But you have too.

This place is horrible, staff are very rude especially at night. If you're sick, they don't care and will yell at you and any other patient trying to help you. It's not the cleanest, i say one step up from jail. You've been warned!!! The food is gross, hots dogs and broccoli! Very shameful, they had the nerve to charge my insurance 4,675 big bucks for 72 hours of hell, after that i signed myself out ,in which that took 24 hours itself.The physician wrote me several prescriptions, some helpful. The physician that you see, is by TV screen, lol, they are crazy. I gave it 2 stars because if you have no insurance, they will sign you up for state insurance on the spot but of course it benefits them the most, they get to charge the max. I give the second 🌟 because of the soda machine in the cafeteria. I guess i could give one more star because my car was safe in the parking lot for 72 hours. This place would be beneficial to someone that is homeless, and desperate.

These people are legal drug dealers.  Get you clean and fill you up with prescriptions for another year.   They are not trying to help you get sober.  Solely trying to sell your insurance their drugs.  Don't send your loved ones here

Wish I could put less than 1 Star. My mother went in for opioid addiction they kept her for a week and she came out worse than she’s ever been she couldn’t walk they had her on so much medication she was in a wheelchair and now she’s addicted to the medication they put her on while she was in there. Don’t ever take your friends or family here
